Do you charge for estimates?
No. Walk-through estimates are free.
How much does TV mounting cost?
A simple wall mount is $90 per TV, with you supplying the TV and mount. Complex mounts (brick, stone, above a fireplace) and hiding wires are priced after we see the wall.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Usually not. Most jobs are paid when the work is done. If a job needs more than about $250 of materials bought ahead of time, or special-order items that can't be returned, we ask for a materials payment up front.
Can I buy my own materials?
Yes. You can supply materials yourself and we'll tell you exactly what to buy, or we can supply them.
What don't you do?
We don't do work that needs a licensed trade or a permit: new electrical circuits or panel work, plumbing rough-in, HVAC, roofing, gas, or structural work. Swapping fixtures, faucets, toilets, light fixtures, fans and outlets is fine.
Are you insured?
Yes. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Who does the work?
The owner, Esteban Alfaro, manages every job personally. When a project needs extra hands, he brings in tradespeople he has worked with and vetted himself.
